This site is owned Agencia Global and is intended to be used in a B2B capacity by travel trade personnel only. Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a consolidator/wholesaler(US) and a retailer(YOU). You attest that you are a Travel Agent, meeting all legal requirements and certifications set out by the regulatory body responsible for such legislation in your province or state. You therefore attest that you are authorized to use this site and are responsible for all uses of this site by yourself and those using your login information.
For all reservations or transactions made with a credit card, the travel agency undertakes to respect all the terms and conditions of the issuer of the credit card. In particular, the travel agency undertakes to take such action as is necessary to ensure that the cardholder sign the appropriate chit, that said signature be adequately verified, and that the transaction be mechanically verified and authorized by the issuer. In addition, a clear copy of both the front and back sides of the credit card is required in order to complete a payment by credit card. The travel agency undertakes to respect all the terms and conditions of the issuer of the credit card, which signifies that it is in the travel agency's best interest to verify the terms and conditions of the credit card issuing companies which apply from time to time. In the event of refusal by the credit card issuer to honor a payment for any reason whatsoever, the travel agency is solely responsible for the costs and to pay to Agencia Global all sums due pursuant to the invoice. The travel agency is not permitted and agrees not to use its own credit card as a form of payment on behalf of its clients. Agencia Global does not accept prepaid credit cards nor agency checks. Tickets from airlines that do not accept credit card payments may still be purchased by credit card through Agencia Global’s reservation platform, as such payments will be processed through Agencia Global’s merchant account, incurring a 3% service fee plus any applicable taxes. Agencia Global will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for the payment of any chargebacks, including any credit card or debit card chargebacks.
Prices and itineraries are only guaranteed once tickets are issued.
The airline tickets are issued once Agencia Global receives a satisfactory guarantee of payment or payment in full, and the airline tickets CANNOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY and are NOT REFUNDABLE, TRANSFERABLE, ENDORSABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER TERM OR CONDITION TO THE CONTRARY. Passengers are responsible for confirming their flights at least 24 hours before each flight.
By requesting Agencia Global to issue a ticket from an agent's live passenger name record ("PNR") database, the agency agrees that it is responsible to verify the Computer Reservation System and Global Distribution System ("CRS/GDS") policies of the relevant airline(s). The agency will be billed by Agencia Global and will be solely liable to the exoneration of Agencia Global, for any airline service fee charges resulting from the booking agent’s non-compliance with such applicable CRS/GDS policies.
In addition, the travel agency acknowledges that any contravention of the terms and conditions under which an airline issues tickets, or the belief or perception by such airline that a contravention has occurred, may result in the issuance by the airline of one or more debit memos to Agencia Global and should such debit(s) occur, it shall be the responsibility of the travel agency acting through the intermediary of Agencia Global to resolve the debit memo(s) at such travel agency's expense, it being understood that Agencia Global shall at all times assist the travel agency in the steps required for resolution, and in the event the airline insists on the debit memo(s) being paid by Agencia Global, or in the event that Agencia Global deems it necessary to pay such debit memo(s) in order to maintain its relationship with the airline, the travel agency shall be obliged to reimburse Agencia Global for any amounts expended by Agencia Global in the process of paying the airline for the debit memo(s).
The travel agency furthermore agrees that, in circumstances where one or more debit memos could be issued by an airline, the travel agency shall advise its client(s)/ticket purchaser(s) that the airline issuing the ticket(s) may debit Agencia Global and that the travel agency is entitled to claim and demand from the client(s)/ticket purchaser(s) the sum being debited by each such debit memo.
Upon receipt of the travel documents and any related invoice, the travel agency is obliged to verify the exactness of the travel documents and information and to immediately advise Agencia Global of any error, omission or inexactitude Agencia Global has made or committed, failing which Agencia Global shall not be held responsible in any way for any damages resulting therefrom. If Agencia Global is not advised of any error, omission or inexactitude, the travel agency shall be deemed to have requested the tickets or other travel documents in the form and manner in which they were issued, and shall be solely liable to its client(s) for any damage and additional cost resulting therefrom. IN CASE OF ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INEXACTITUDE MADE OR COMMITTED BY AGENCIA GLOBAL, AGENCIA GLOBAL'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY SHALL BE TO USE ITS BEST EFFORTS TO ATTEMPT TO CORRECT SUCH ERROR, OMISSION OR INEXACTITUDE, AND AGENCIA GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN THE EVENT IT IS UNABLE TO DO SO. HOWEVER, AIRLINE TICKETS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO BE MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER IF ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INEXACTITUDE OCCURS. Any tickets that require voiding for error correction must be voided prior to the close of business on the same day the tickets were issued by Agencia Global. Beyond same day voiding, all cancellation and change penalties of the relevant airline(s) and Agencia Global will be in effect.
Our web site displays information about travel locations, airfares, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, cruises, transportation, foreign currency, schedules, travel companies and other material related to travel. This information is supplied to us by Third Party providers, such as airlines, hotels, transportation and information suppliers. We have taken reasonable care to ensure it is correct and up to date; however, we cannot check the accuracy of such information.
You and your customers are responsible for obtaining all passport, visa and health information required by relevant government authorities for the purpose of your flight. This includes documentation required by government authorities in your destination as well as any jurisdictions which you may transit through en route to your final destination. Required documentation may vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation may be required for minors travelling alone; for children who have a different surname than the adults who accompany them; or for single parents travelling with children. A valid passport is required for most destinations. Some countries require passports to be valid for up to six months beyond the scheduled return. In the event that a passenger does not possess the documentation required by the government authorities at the destination, or jurisdictions transited through en route to the final destination, or by the airline, passage or entry to the destination or transit jurisdiction may be refused. If passage or entry is refused, Agencia Global Inc. will not be held liable and will not issue any refunds.
The details of the prices, packages, tours, flights and other information displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice. The travel products and services described on the web site are subject to availability.
Baggage Policy: Baggage allowance and policies differ by airline. While we do our very best to provide you with accurate baggage policy information you are responsible for verifying the baggage policy directly with the airline and conveying that information to your customer before their departure. Baggage fees are not included in the displayed prices. Baggage allowance and restrictions will apply to all airlines and are subject to change at any time.
Schedule change: Flight schedule changes or cancellations can occur due to a variety of reasons such as inclement weather, mechanical or crew issues, civil/political unrest. While we try to alert all of our customers by phone or email of any changes, there are instances where the airline does not provide advance notice. Because of this Agencia Global recommends that all our customers call the airline or check flight status 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure. Should you learn that your customers flight has been cancelled please call us at 1-844-544-FARE(3273). We will then deal directly with the airline to determine what options are available. Please note that in some instances particularly during inclement weather, options may be limited. Agencia Global assumes no responsibility for any loss, delay, inconvenience incurred in connection to schedule changes. It is also the passenger’s responsibility to confirm the minimum check-in time at the airport with the airline. Agencia Global is not responsible for missed flights in the case where passengers fails to present themselves at the check-in counter or boarding gate within the airline’s deadlines.
All prices displayed on the web site are subject to change without notice until ticketed. In some instances, a fare may change after a reservation has been made. In this case we will contact you to advise you of the fare increase before we proceed any further. The prices set out on the web site may not include sales or VAT taxes or airport taxes and charges or other fees. In this case sales or VAT taxes, airport taxes charges and any additional fees will be displayed during the booking process but prior to payment submission. No price increases are permitted after the ticket has been issued and the customer has paid in full.
Please note that all reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event where you must cancel a reservation we will do everything in our power to assist you. Please note that any cancellations, if permitted, are subject to a cancellation fee of $40.00 per passenger plus any additional fees charged by any 3rd party suppliers (airlines, hoteliers, etc.).
Please note that all reservations are non-changeable/non-transferable unless otherwise stated. In the event where a change is permitted such change will be subject to a fee of $40.00 per passenger, as well as any fees or differences in price charged by any 3rd party suppliers (airlines, hoteliers, etc.). All cancellations must be completed 24 hours before departure time by contacting Agencia Global, or if outside business hours by contacting the airline directly. In the event that more than one set of conditions apply to the same trip and/or travel party, then the most restrictive condition applicable applies to the entire trip and/or travel party. For bookings made through Hahn Air with multiple airlines, multiple fare conditions may apply. When performing an exchange on a ticket, if the value of the new fare is lower, the airlines will not refund the difference.
Please note that name changes are not permitted unless otherwise stated. If name changes are permitted such changes will be subject to a fee of $40.00 per passenger, plus any additional fees charged by any 3rd party suppliers (airlines, hoteliers, etc.). In the event where name changes are NOT permitted you will need to cancel your original reservation (if allowed), pay any fees/penalties and make a new reservation at the current price with the correct spelling. It is your responsibility to check the spelling of all passenger names before submitting your booking. Travel Agents are responsible for entering the passenger’s name as written in their passport and Agencia Global will not be responsible for any charges, cancellations or the passenger’s inability to fly that may result from the agent’s failure to do so.
The rate applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use may result in cancellation of the whole trip.
Pricing is displayed in the currency that the fare will be charged in, either Canadian or US currency. The search results page can estimate the fare in the alternate currency, using current currency conversion rates, but same is simply an estimate and Agencia Global assures no responsibility for the accuracy of such estimates.
All reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you find that you must cancel a reservation
for any reason, please contact us. We will do all we can to assist you in this process.
For any transactions on Agencia Global's merchant account, any refunds completed past midnight EST of the
day of purchase, the 3% service fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable. Cancellations requests completed
before midnight EST on the same day of purchase can be voided and the entire amount, including service fees and
applicable taxes, will not be charged.
For U.S. bookings made on the airline's merchant, even if the ticket
is non-refundable, a booking cancelled within 24 hours of ticketing will receive the full amount returned back to
the credit card(s) used.
For CAN bookings, even if the ticket is non-refundable, a booking cancelled before
Midnight EST on the day of ticketing will receive the full amount returned back to the credit card(s) used.
If the refund request is approved by the airline, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for how long it may
take for this requested refund to be processed. All refund requests are processed in a sequential format.
Once you have provided us with your cancellation request, we will then send you an email notification that your request
has been processed.
We do not represent that any travel products and services set out on our web site will be suitable for you or your clients. Accordingly, you hereby forever release Agencia Global of any claims and liability and agree to indemnify and hold it harmless, in relation to the travel products and services described or sold on our website, including but not limited to any potential claims that our travel products and services are not suitable to you or your clients.
This web site, the software, design, text and graphics comprised in this web site and the selection and layout of this web site, are owned or licensed by us or their respective owners and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and electronically copy the pages of this web site in the usual operation of your web browser in visiting this site, but for no other purpose.
